Installation & assembling activities for the project equipment and materials at the site in accordance with approved construction drawings, procedures and specifications

CIVIL & ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING

Perform all finishing activities including but not limited to all flooring types, wall cladding & ceiling finishes up to furniture (fixed and movable). As well as installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, breaker boxes, switches ... etc. in a variety of settings

Construction Management

Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.

Subcontractor Management

Contracts and project safety compliance , Provide information ahead of schedule , Use Construction management software as well as sign & acknowledge receipt of documentation

Budgeting

Develop a total project budget as early as possible , analyze project requirements and drawings to verify scope & Oversee contractor in performance of detailed line item construction project cost estimation

Construction Systems Evaluation

Reviewing of structural systems of calculations before construction stage initiation ; Studying , investigating and checking the soil type of bearing capacity prior to construction. & Studying of the most economic approach for construction.

Value Engineering

Working on cost minimization through better construction solutions alternative materials while maintaining required functionality of quality.
